- Shipping & Delivery
- Standard Shipping costs apply to all UPS and USPS orders. Our delivery customers can also coordinate with the office when the next delivery is in their area.
- Privacy & Security
- Cascade Grooming Supplies never sells or give out your contact/product information without express written consent from the customer. Exceptions are during a Customer Service fiasco with a manufacturer or working with the various Clipper/Dryer Repair or Shear/Clipper Blade Sharpeners that may need to contact a shared customer.
- Returns & Replacements
- If you recieve the wrong product on our end, simply contact the office to let us know and I guarantee to make it correct. If you ordered the wrong item, feel free to send it back with explanation and we will do our part to make sure you are satified with the correct product or refund. After 7 days of receipt of any incorrect ordering, a 20% restocking fee may apply.

- Orders can be made via phone, email, text or the web site. Please do not order over Facebook.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- We accept Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express for payment. Payments throught the web site go through Paypal.
